To pass the exams successfully, two factors must be taken into account: the theoretical and psychological training of students. Only in the case of work in all these two areas can a student count, on the one hand, on deep and solid knowledge of the subject under study, and, on the other, on receiving high marks during the examination session. Theoretical exam preparation is divided into two sections, during the entire academic year and pre-examination.
If a student wants to have deep and solid knowledge, and also make life easier for himself during the session, then he should start preparing for the exam from the very first period of studying the subject. This is convenient because, on the one hand, it helps the student to prepare for current classes, and on the other hand, during the session it greatly facilitates the exam preparation process.
To do this, at the beginning of the semester, you should receive exam questions and a common notebook for short answers on them.
When preparing for the current or final classes for each exam subject, it is necessary to study concisely (in a volume of no more than 1/3 – 1/2 pages!!!) write an answer plan for the exam question. This work should be carried out systematically during both semesters (if the subject is studied during the year), so that by the beginning of the exam the student will already have a complete list of short answers to the exam questions.
When organizing pre-examination work during the session, it is necessary, firstly, to evenly distribute the educational material for the entire preparation time (the number of questions is divided by the preparation time for the exam, and the second half of the day before the exam should be reserved), and secondly, to optimally organize your life so that there is no nighttime activities, nicotine and caffeine abuse, and special time for physical activity.
During the exam preparation period, you should not radically change your daily routine, since a sudden change in your usual lifestyle does not “fit” well into the established biological rhythms of a person and requires a long period of adaptation. Therefore, during the examination session, it is advisable to maintain the usual rhythm of sleep and wakefulness, limiting yourself to minimal changes in the daily routine.
